Wanderer

German company Wanderer produced bicycles, motorbikes, cars, trailers, and other gear. Johann Baptist Winklhofer and Richard Adolf Jaenicke founded Winklhofer & Jaenicke in 1896. Beginning in 1911, the business adopted the Wanderer brand name and produced automobiles for both civilian and military usage until 1945. The company now belongs to Zweirad Einkaufs Genossenschaft (ZEG)

Wartburg

The Wartburg was an automobile brand that was most known for the types it produced in East Germany, but it dates back to 1898. The castle on one of the hills above Eisenach, where the automobiles were constructed, gave the town its name: Wartburg. A battery electric vehicle (BEV) manufacturer with its headquarters in Shanghai, WM Motor Technology Co Ltd., owns the Weltmeister (Chinese: ) electric car brand. The 2018 Isdera Commendatore GT, which was introduced at the 2018 Beijing Motor Show, is the first vehicle built as a consequence of the relationship between Weltmeister and German specialist manufacturer and design service provider Isdera, which was established in 2017.

WM Motor also maintains R&D centers in China, Germany and the USA.

During the 2019 Guangzhou Auto Show, WM Motor is anticipated to debut its next pure electric SUV model, the EX6, followed by a new 7-Series sedan at Auto China in April 2020.
German for "world champion" is Weltmeister.
