I discuss the most and least reliable Toyota and Lexus models in this video. In my Toyota and Lexus specialty business, I work on a variety of Toyota and Lexus models every day. The best models are the ones that are virtually never brought in for actual repairs but nearly usually for upkeep.

Then there are other versions that require frequent, often seemingly endless, hefty repairs and maintenance.

Disclaimer: Some of the owners of the mentioned models may find them offensive. The goal is not to do that. If your car was not mentioned at all or was listed as one of the worst models, that does not mean it is a bad car; rather, it means you took good care of it, which is why it worked well in your case. This makes me happy because the majority of the models in the worst category are the result of neglect for unknown reasons.
