Vandenbrink

Michiel van den Brink and Robert Koumans established the Netherlands-based vehicle design and coachbuilding business Vandenbrink Design in 2006.

Vandenbrink

Van den Brink unveiled his concept for a unique coachbuilt Ferrari in 2006, and it was well appreciated.

The business is currently[when?] developing the "Vandenbrink GTO," an homage to the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, which is built on the chassis of the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano. Italian partners will conduct the coachbuilding.

In July 2009, Vandenbrink revealed construction of the Fra Mauro, a carbon fiber-bodied coach presumably based on the Spyker C8 Spyder chassis and sporting a mid-engine 4.2 litre V8 arrangement. The quantity of production has not yet been established.

Van den Brink left the company in April 2010 to work as a freelance designer, leaving his business partner Robert Koumans to run it.
