Sinotruk

Founded in 2007, Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited is a truck manufacturer in Hong Kong. China's Mainland is where the subsidiaries of Sinotruk (Hong Kong) produce trucks. Its main firm, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, is a Chinese state-owned heavy truck manufacturer, located in Jinan, Shandong Province.

Sinotruk

On January 31, 2007, Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited, a special administrative area of China, was established as an intermediary holding company for the privately held China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (also known as Sinotruk Group). Since 2 April, Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited has owned the following subsidiaries: Sinotruk Shandong Import & Export Company, Sinotruk Shandong Import & Export Company, Sinotruk Jinan Ganghua Import & Export Company, Sinotruk Jinan Truck, Sinotruk Jinan Commercial Truck, Sinotruk Jinan Power, Sinotruk Jinan Technical Center, Sinotruk Factory Design Institute, and Sinotruk Finance. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange lists Sinotruk Jinan Truck as a publicly traded business under the ticker SZSE:000951. The subsidiaries were purchased from Sinotruk Group, which in turn purchased them from Sinotruk (BVI) Limited.

On November 28, 2007, Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  Sinotruk (Hong Kong) and Sinotruk Group were the two largest heavy truck manufacturers in Mainland China as of 2007. At that time, Sinotruk (Hong Kong) and its subsidiaries accounted for 90% of the sale volume of Sinotruk Group. Some of the assets were kept off the market by Sinotruk Group. 

Sinotruk (Hong Kong) has been a part of the Hang Seng China-Affiliated Corporations Index, a stock market index for blue-chip firms, since 10 March 2008. The stock was taken off of the index on June 4, 2012, and it will be added again on September 7, 2020.
