After returning from a week-long road trip where they visited multiple states, a traveller scanned around twenty receipts into the app. Some uploaded smoothly, but several from small local diners didn’t award any points at all. Since the receipts were fading quickly from heat during the trip, they needed to clarify the situation with support before the print became unreadable.
