Chinese truck and truck-based specialty vehicle manufacturer Hanma Technology Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and was originally known as Hualing Xingma Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd. The business has its roots in a Ma'anshan factory that was founded in 1970. Hualing Xingma utilizes the abbreviation CAMC as a brand and as the name of the corporation in markets outside of China. Geely, which controls 28.01% of the corporation through its Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group, now holds the majority of the shares.

Camc

A forerunner of Hualing Xingma constructed its facility in 1970 and initially produced machines for construction supplies. It primarily made cement trucks and mixer trucks starting in the 1980s. Anhui Xingma Automobile Co., Ltd. was the name under which the business was formed in 1999. In April 2003, it was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It entered into the manufacture of heavy trucks the same year it became public by signing a long-term technological collaboration deal with Japanese company Mitsubishi Fuso. The first heavy-duty vehicle chassis rolled off the production line in 2004. The business began selling its heavy vehicles in foreign markets in 2005. The business introduced their second-generation heavy trucks in 2008.
